Shipping

  • We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
  • All orders will be assigned a tracking number and orders can be tracked via USPS, UPS or FedEx websites. Please be on the lookout for confirmation email that your order has been shipped along with the tracking number.
  • Any order received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped Monday or Tuesday. Priority shipping is not available with Free Shipping as most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS first class mail.
  • As of right now, ShopMarkhorSports provides shipment with US and Canada. Depending on shipping location, most orders within continental US should be received within 2-6 business days and could take up-to 10 business days.

NOTE: All packages are shipped from our location in Morrisville, North Carolina

NOTE: For any loss of the package by the service provider or missing package, we (shopMarkhorSports.com) are not responsible. We will take care of the package if insurance is purchased.

NOTE: For any orders outside of US, the purchaser shall be responsible for import duties and taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to check if your importing country has any such laws.

Returns

NOTE: No returns/exchange/refund accepted on SALE items. An item sold that was listed as SALE will only be deemed acceptable for return/exchange/refund if we shipped damaged or incorrect product. For any damaged or incorrect product that requires return/exchange/refund, the buyer is allowed 5 days from date item was received.

  • Any knocked bats purchased are NOT eligible for return/exchange/refund. If you don’t want to utilize our FREE bat knocking service, please let us know at the time of order. Any bat purchased that is still in BRAND NEW condition, will be eligible for a return. Please refer to our Warranty Page for additional information.
  • Our goal is to have 100% satisfied customers and we will try our level best to provide our customers with the satisfaction that they desire. Our products are hand selected and are of top notch quality. If we make an error in providing incorrect or damaged product, we will gladly replace it and pay for return shipment. For all other orders that require return/exchange/refund, the buyer shall bear the return shipping cost.
  • No return or exchange are acceptable on Under Garments, Abdomen Guards.
  • For any items that the buyer deems defective, please contact us and provide a order number, phone number and a detailed message along with pictures describing the defective product. As always, we are here to provide 100% satisfaction and have happy customers.
  • Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 10 days of purchase. The refund will only be provided for the actual cost of product minus two-way shipping cost.
  • Any specially manufactured balls are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed defective. If you deem the product to be defective, please contact us and provide phone number, a detailed message along with pictures describing the defective product.
